The dental floss trick works well for removing the emblem. As for that pesky adhesive, a heat gun and plastic scraper get the job done quickly. The heat softens it up and allows it to come off easily. However, a word of caution, it does require a little finesse to do it correctly with-out damaging the paint. Not too much heat in one spot, and soft on the scraper!

Use a piece of dental floss. Hold it at each end firmly....slide under the emblem. Warm soapy water should remove the adhesive.

I used the heat gun and fishing line, then I had to use "Goof-off" to get the residue off, then hot soapy water. I takes a while and you need to be careful not to damage the clear coat, but it can be done if you are a patient person.
