YES! you have a right to complain....that's plain and simple sexual harassment!! No if, and, or (pardon the pun) butts about it!! Stand up for yourself and put this guy in his place. If telling him face to face doesn't stop it, then you go to HR or where ever you need to.

I just dealt with the same situation. It got to the point where my boss actually started throwing me around in the warehouse. What sucked was that once I reported it the human resource the person that called me was a jerk. Human Resource is actually their insurance company. They will try to convince you that its not as big of a deal as you think it is and that you don't have to worry because they warned him and he wont ever do anything again. They do this because if you decide to sue then guess who pays you if you win. They do. Human Resource is their insurance company remember.
Ok I'll just tell you what I had to do. I wrote a letter to the company informing that I was being sexually harassed by one of my managers and I included as much details as possible. I told them that I was afraid to report it sooner but I was also hoping that he would just give up and eventually leave me alone. I requested their help with this situation and a written response a.s.a.p. if I didn't get a written response I would seek legal assistance on this matter. I wasn't satisfied with how things were handled so I ended up getting an attorney and no longer work there but I received a pretty good settlement. I wish I had not of only reported it to my employer but also to the police. I should have done that immediately. I reported it to the police only after he began stalking me and they couldn't find him. Yup he took off. If you make a police report it becomes a record of what he has done and unfortunately the first report is not taken as seriously as the third or fourth. So why wait. Plus he could use a good scare and know that you are not messing around. You will not tolerate it! Don't let anyone intimidate you or convince you that its your fault or its not a big deal. It is a big deal. It's you! I hope things work out for you God Bless. Take good care.

Yes, by all means. But first, you have an obligation to tell him that his advances are not wanted. This also protects you, cause he can always say that "she led me on". So give him a stern warning, preferably in front of witnesses the next time he pulls this little stunt. If it happens again after that, then go to human resources with it and don't back down. Best of luck to you........

hell yeah if anything i would have gone to human resource a whole long time ago. i think not only you should report that fool but you should hit him where it hurts. file a sexual harrassment suit or get a guy you know to kick his azz. imagine all the other females he's doing it too. Don't be scared to report him. Once he gets reported it'll probably be the end of him.

yes, if you are offended, then tell him to never touch you again.
Then make a written complaint, sexual harassment is a crime, make sure to make a copy of any letters or complaints you file, keep a file at home.
Give a written notice to the guy to stop touching you and tell him you were offended by it, say in the note, that he has been advised to not touch you.
If it ever happens again, yell at him loudly to stop touching your butt or any part of your body. Do this so everyone can hear the complaint. This contact is considered assault by contact and you can always file charges with the police for his actions, just make sure to vrbally object to it out loud.

Um, why did you allow him to have his hand there for that long?
Dont be afraid to speak up. He must think its okay, because you are not telling him it's not - from what it sounds like.
Some men are like children, and need to be told NOT to touch the candy.
You do have a right to go to human resources, however - you should talk to him first to see if he listens.

Girl, go complain away. Although I don't think it called complaining when it is actually sexual harassment. Don't let him get away with this. And don't be scared. There are many laws protecting people against this kind of abuse. Let him know that you are not going to put up with it any longer and go straight to your HR manager.

Just grab his nuts and give a good ten second squeeze. Make sure that it hurts him. Teach him to touch women's butts without permission. A true gentleman will respect a woman more than that.

Kick him in the b*lls. Then complain to human resources. I am amazed that anyone would actually do that.
