Multiply or divide both sides of the equation with whatever is being multiplied or divided by the letter. For example, multiply both sides of the first equation to get z=2.04 times 1.05. Multiply to get z. Do the others the same way. Good luck and do it yourself, lazy little snot.

quantity one: once you multiply i imagine that you forgot to flow the decimal factors over. What i advise is that when you multiply decimals you should count number what number decimal places there are and then upload them and positioned that many in the answer. for instance, a million.50 x .2 ought to have 3 decimal places as a results of 2 numbers that are on the decimal fringe of the equation in a million.50 and because there is one quantity in the decimal fringe of the equation in .2 so the answer should be .3 rather of three. quantity 2: your instructor is nice because that's the incorrect eqation you've. as a results of one part that has a subtraction of two yet you acted like there wasn't a subtraction of two that's the position you went incorrect. quantity 3: because the ranges of a line will continually be one hundred eighty ranges you do one hundred eighty-30 and also you get one hundred fifty. so because the first line is an same because the second one, the answer should be one hundred fifty ranges. for the second one difficulty, it will be not achieveable till you meant -3x=y because then all you should do is plug in the cost for x. for instance, for the x value of -2 you should plug in -2 and -2 * -3 = 6 so the even as the x value is -2 the y value is 6

Z = 2.14. Multiply 1.05 by 2.04
a = -315 Multiply 21 by -15
t = -8.76 Multiply -7.3 by 1.2
x = 1.3 Divide 3.25 by 2.5

DUH! Those are so easy!
if X is above a number, multiply the number on the other side of the equals sign by the number under X.
if X is next to a number, divide the number on the other side of the equals sign by the number next to X.
You can do the rest!

ok z=2.142
a= -315
t=8.76
x=1.3
The first, second and third problem.........multiply the number before the = times the number after the =.
The last problem..........divide 3.25 by 2.5.......
you should know these formulas by now...

z/1.05=2.04
z= 2.04*1.05
z=2.142
a/21=-15
a=-15*21
a=-135
t/1.2=-7.3
t=-7.3*1.2
t=-8.76
3.25=2.5*x
x=3.25/2.5
x=1.3
Anymore brain busters?
