If your talking about a boot replacement they make a quick boot that cost about $12. But if your joint is making a clicking noise when you turn then you need a cv joint. your joint will cost you around $70 if you go with a after market one from autozone (which I prefer). Autozone gives a lifetime warranty on cv joints If you like to replace it with Honda parts then lets just say you will spend well over $100 or more.

Your labor will depend, I live in the south and our labor rates at most shops are around $40 an hour. They might say your labor takes 2.5 hours. So about $100 labor. All depends on your area.

Do like I do.....Go to Honda and talk to one of the repair men on the side (don't let no one hear ya) and see if they will do it at there house. They can get you the part at a discount if you wanna go with Honda parts.

Probably more than the car is worth, unless it's in really good condition. My T-bird needed them and they wanted to charge me well over $400 to change them because they said it was very involved to do it.
