If you're a teen, try the Mary Kay Velocity cleanser and moisturizer. If you're not, try the Mary Kay TimeWise skin care line.
Then use the Acne Spot Treatment at night, but be sure to put moisturizer on after that dries because you don't want your skin to lose its natural oils. If your acne persists, throw in the Blemish Control Toner in the mornings.
This really works - I love this stuff.

I think you can buy Burt's Bees in Rite Aids and some other drugstores/grocery stores. I like their orange cleanser - it has enough oil to lubricate pores and allow blackheads to be dislodged. The biggest myth about skincare products is that oil clogs pores - oil is needed to unclog pores!
I use it once every few days, and in between, just a washcloth and water. Good luck! ~*~

I'd recommend CETAPHIL. My doctor is actually the one who gave me cetaphil. The cleanser is made for sensitive skin and doctor reommended. You can get it at WalMart for $7 I think. I'm not sure how much it costs at a drug store

Try Mary Kay's cleanser. I know you asked for drug store brand but Mary Kay has better products and it is even easier than buying from drug store, you can order on-line and shipping is free.

Neutrogena - the greenish/blue astringent - I don't have it right in front of me so I can't remember the specific name, but it's the alcohol free one, so it won't dry your face out so much.

I like Purpose cleanser, or Eucerin if you can find it. Cleansers should be thorough but mild, and these are.
