Theodore Roosevelt - hands down.
His trust busting broke up apart the monopolies large businesses had in America at the time. (Capitalism is based on competion)
He was the first environmentalist president. Set aside great amounts of land for National Parks and wildlife reserves.
Pushed for legislation that held manufacturers accountable for the products they produce. The American consumer is much safer as a result.
Foreign policy - "Yardstick diplomacy" - He was a tough man, and did not put up BS. If he was in power a few years later, WWI would not have escalated to the extent it did.

The 26th President Theodore Roosevelt is my favorite. He brought excitement and power to the Presidency, leading Congress and the American public toward progressive reforms and a strong foreign policy. As President, he held the ideal that a government should be the great arbiter of the conflicting economic forces in the Nation. He ensured contruction of the Panama Canal as a strategic need for a shortcut between the Atlantic and Pacific. He was very strong on conservation. He added enormously to the national forests of the West, reserved lands for public use, and fostered great irrigation projects. He was a Progressive reformer who sought to bring his party's conservative ideals into the 20th century. He was a strong leader who drew his flourishing Nation into the future.

In this order
1. Truman
2. Clinton
3. Teddy Roosevelt
All three had a clear vision and carried out that vision. All three were fallible men. All three claimed that they were on gods side and not the other way around.

I don't want to pick favorites.
Each president did something great: they became president!
Nobody's perfect (except me, I set the standards) so yes, each of the presidents did something wrong!
personally, I wouldn't ever want to become a politician of any kind. ewww

My favorite president is our first president. The greatest thing he did was to reject the idea of being a king.
He was a pretty good role model for more modern presidents, who haven't paid enough attention to his example, lately.

Clinton was my favorite president. Before him, few people knew about the heinously evil agenda of liberals. His behavior brought the knowledge of what they are and what they are doing, into the mainstream.

William Henry Harrison. He was in office the shortest period of time, and therefore did the least to muck things up.
