I'm looking for a service that notifies you when someone has opened an email you sent them. I guess it's a "confirmation" type thingie that lets you know that your email has been opened by the recipient. Is there such an email or account or does anyone know of one that may exist?

Every email has that option. although the user does not have to let you know they read it. Just browse around your email service and check it out. alot of the times it is at the bottom of the compose page

I amnot at all positive, but i believe that hotmail and yahoo have "receipt notification" optins in their setup options. Play around with it. You may be able to set messages as "Flag When Received"
