I touch the future - I teach (and I fear the future which is why I teach). With some of the self-centered and idiotic people I have met, and end to the world would be a blessing.

One of the best questions of the day.

As optimistic as I try to be in daily life, I must admit that I have grave concerns about the future. I worry that my grandchildren will inherit a world with fewer freedoms and more intrusions. We've gained the ability to chat with people from all around the world, but that same technology has brought with it a loss of privacy. Big Brother is watching, and who, if anyone, is overseeing him?

As always, we must remain vigilant.

There is no point in fearing what you cannot control. This whole life is temporary anyways. I reccomend you not spend your time on this Earth as an emotional wreck over what could happen tomorrow.

What's the worst that can happen? i mena sure you can fear everything in life that comes your way but the thing is that if you do, you better be prepared to have the worst life ever...if you fear everything join the army and get your life taken away in iraq...

I guess it's because of that that I try not to imagine what it'd be like in the future. It's true, the future looks scary if you think about it that way... :-/
