What can I do without totally pissing my girl off to let her know she is getting fat and undesireable to me. She eats crappy food and is lazy, it's no wonder she's gaining weight. How do I tell her she needs to do something?

You can bring the COW to water but you can't make the Cow drink. Put the COW in front of food and watch that COW eat!!!

Maybe if you surprized her with a gift called the scale and have her stand on it...Or maybe a gift of a full length mirror would be better. Snap a picture of her gift her that as a gift. Show her the before and now pictures!!

Communicate your concerns of her weight gain directly to her.

If she's lazy...get her interested in a bike ride or maybe a hike along the bike path. Do something that is not centered around FAST food or food period. Bring her a cold bottle of water for the trip of walking :)

I don't mean to sound harsh, but you seem like an insensitive jerk. I mean, you should love your girlfriend no matter how she looks. If you're really worried about it, then try asking her to go do something...go for a walk and talk to each other, do something active together...whatever. Whatever you do, don't tell her you're not attracted to her or that she's getting fat. Just suggest it as something that might be fun. Also, if she prefers to sit down and watch a movie with you while you're around or whatever the case may be, it's not necessarily because she's lazy. She probably likes spending quality time with you where you two can be alone...not because she's just lazy.

What about you? Look in the mirror lately? Why don't you tell her that you want to start working out and getting in shape and you want some company. See if she'll go for a walk with you or something. Be careful, some girls lose a lot of weight and they figure out that they can do better than the guy they're with. Watch what you ask for!!!!

You cannot tell her she's fat and undesirable. Your the one providing the food that she is eating so its really your fault to some degree. Cook healthy foods and dont have any junk in the house. Get out of the house with her after dinner for mother/daughter walks. You helped her get this way so you have to help her get out of it.

OK, your girl is getting thinker than you would like her to be. First start with what she is eating, you lead my example you eat healthier food when y'all go out to eat or when cooking dinner at home and she will follow. Second and this is going to be hard you are going to have to get her to be more active like suggest going walking at the park or around the neighborhood or you can get a gym membership for the both of you and workout together.

If you tell her shes getting fat your in for a fight.Tell her that your sure she would want you to care about the way you look and that you want her to look her best(not that shes fat)and that you feel she could do more to improve herself, tell her the truth you feel shes gained a little weight and you would really think she needs to watch her weight and improve herself.

If you love her stay with her even though she is gaining weight. You shouldn't tell her straight forward that shes gaining weight just suggest that you two go do something active or join a gym together.

She needs to know how you feel regardless of whether or not it pisses her off. You can tell her gently, showing her you care about her health AND her looks, but you'll have to tell her one way or the other. Here's ONE suggestion:

'Look, you know I care about and that I want to be with you, but I'm getting worried. You're getting badly out of shape and it's not good for you. It's unhealthy and unattractive and it confuses me that you're getting this way because you're usually SO beautiful and care about yourself. Is something wrong? Are you doing this to yourself because you're unhappy about something? What can I do to help? I want you to be beautiful and healthy again cuz I care about you so much.'

You gotta use your own words of course, but if you don't do SOMETHING about it there will be less reason for her to change her habits.

You should ask her to go for walks with you. If she refuses then suggest that during the walks yall can talk about things that she cares about. Except cookies
