If I remember this right from advanced physics, it all depends on the shape of the ice. It's all about water displacement and bouyancy. On average, an ice cube with perfect cubed demensions will be 90 % submerged and only 10% will be sticking up out of the water.

10%. 90% of the ice berg is located under water. Try it with an ice cube in a glass and you can see the same percentage floating above/below the water.

depending of if theres other stuff in the ice or if it's pure it's about 20% a good chunk is hidden
