In my head my voice can do whatever i want. like put on accents or make funny noises or sing. In fact, i can hear songs in my head. Makes me think what a wonderful thing the brain is. Basicly i think you can talk however you want if you train yourself. the same way you think yourself big (it takes a long time tho). And if you think im talking ****, well, so be it.

Sure, you think in the voice that your brain says you have. but when you hear a recording of your vioce, that is the physical manifestation of the sound your vocal chords make. so when you hear a recording of yourself, you think "that can't be my voice"
the voice you think in is the poduct of your brain, the voice that other people hear is the product of your physical ability to speak.

'cause you talk to yourself? We all do that. What's worrisome is when there are multiple competing voices yelling at you inside your head... then it's time for a 'soma'... and a "padded cell" so you won't hurt yourself. If the warning signs are there, check yourself IN!!!

If you were hearing others voices you might have split personality...so it's a good thing!

because you subvocalise - as you think you are actually also making very small movements in your throat where your voicebox is located - this translates to u 'hearing' your own voice via your inner ear

it would be creepy if you had someone Else's voice thinking in there with you!!
Like if you heard another person, then I guess you would be said to be suffering from schizophrenia
