Not this upcoming season. Even through the East is still weak the raptors are going to have a problem with there inside game. They just traded there best player for a guard that has not played a full season because of injuries. Maybe in a couple of years. At least your still better than the Knicks.

No Way
They are balancing on 1 and only one leg Chris Bosh. And just like a table with one leg falls over so do the raptors

No. They're much improved, but they're still missing some pieces. They've gotten bigger inside and Ford should be able to push the ball and help get it to certain players, but they're weak on the perimeter, could use some outside shooting and really need more experience. That being said, the East is weaker than the West and they are headed in the right direction.

im pretty sure they wont make the payoffs...they also will have a very poor record...maybe around 26 wins...but they are improving somewhat...although they dont have enough muscle in the frontcourt...and who would start at pg if tj ford's gonna get hurt....and who would back up bosh if their number 1 pick rookie still has to adjust to to the nba style of play...they need help in virtually every position...their coach is mediocre at best...tj ford is a capable point guard but after that who's gonna provide the points aside from bosh...mo pete is okay but could always be better...their new acquisitions kris humphries is even worse than araujo...come to think of it i really think 26 wins is stretching it...they will be lucky to win 23 games...
