When he started going to other girl he is definitely a opportunist. Don't ever bother of his actions. u concentrate more on ur job or studies. spend as much time as possible in building ur career. no fun in thinking of such ditching guys any more. "time solves all the problems" and "we humans have a great gift to forget while time passes by".
all the best . in future u love somebody who shows real interest in u and only u.

Your "true lover"? Don't you mean your true "dream lover"?
Did you ever have a relationship with this boy?
It sounds like he's into someone else who's into him--and he's not that into you. All you can do is admire him from afar, and go on with your own life.

My question for you is: Does he love you too?
If not, you should move on. You're only setting yourself up for failure, a big hearbreak, and a chase on your hands.
This man obviously knows who he wants to be with, and it doesn't look like you're the one. Your one is out there, but you can't find him because you're preoccupied with this guy.
You may need to look inside yourself and ask yourself why you are in love with him. Is it his looks? His personality? Have you dated before? Have you already been physical with him? Sometimes lust can fool us into believing we are in love, when really it is lust. So girlfriend, what's your next move? Don't let this "taken" guy take you on a ride. You be the boss of your carriage..ride on!

Let him be and find you someone who will love you back because right now he's heart is already taken by someone else.

Well lets see, you say you love him....which would mean you want him to be happy....if he is in love with someone, he is happy....so basically your question is should you be selfish and immature and not care about anyone's feelings but your own?
