If you think your friend is making the wrong decision about not going, get on the phone and call 911 and then let THEM convince him. Do it now!

He definitely needs to be seen by a doctor. He may have a bleed in his stomach and a concussion . If he won't go, call 911. He's injured and can't make that decision for himself.

I am a good "Hands ON & Distance healer". I am telling you this. I would not take on this lad. He needs to go to the local ER for X-rays. He doesn't want to go because his EGO is larger than his brain. A good healer receives insights and I am no exception. Get him to the ER if you have back pack him

He needs to go to the hospital. Dizziness and vomiting are signs of concussion, or something worse. At least call a Dr and maybe they can help you talk him into going.

If your friend won't take himself to the hospital, it's time for you to take control and take him to the doctor. Or, call 911/ a medical professional and tell them what's happened - they could persuade him. Although it could be a temporary reaction to the impact, it's better to make sure and send him to the doctor.

Call 911 (only if it is really an emergency). Otherwise, if he won't see a doctor there's not much you can do about it. Just keep bugging him about it and maybe he will go just to get you to shut up.
