Any natural remedies for getting stains out of the carpet?

Depends on the stain, shaving cream left on the spot will sometimes draw it out.

Tide is really good, and viniger and baking soda mix.
Also hair spray.

Do a test spot with anything you try before doing the actual spot.

Warm water & a white washcloth if spill is still wet, poor water on spill before you try to clean.
