During work hours when no one is around my boss touches me in ways that my boyfriend does when we are together. I always tell my boss to stop but he dosen't want to. I really need this job because it helps me pay my school fee. What should I do?

You have GOT to be kidding me. If your boss is doing this, file a sexual harrassment suit on his sorry a$$! He is taking advantage of you! You can find another job, its not worth it being degraded like that on the job and besides, ITS AGAINST THE LAW! Don't let him get away with that!

This is not correct behavior, especially of a boss. Tell him you are going to file a hostile environment complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission if he doesn't stop. If he fires you, file the complaint and ask for enough money to pay for the rest of your school. This is disgusting and repulsive behavior that a young person should not have to go through.

You should take legal action at your boss by serving him with a lawsuit for sexual harrassment and then you need to get a good attorney to help you win your case so you can pay for your school fee.

If you are having to ask and don't respect yourself enough to get out of there or report it then none of us can help you. Don't use the excuse of needing money to make it sound ok to make yourself feel better about it. You should have stopped it the first time it happened. Is it ok for a teacher to touch you since they can make you pass or fail? Come on....u know better than that!

you need to find out who is above your boss. Trust me, there is always someone above someone else. Does the company you work for have a corporate office? Find out and the get the number and file a complaint. The issue will be taken care of. trust me.

I hate to say it, but you are going to need to start looking for another job. It isn't right, I know. You should report him, but it will change the dynamics of your office environment and it will be extremely hard to go on acting as nothing happened. If you don't report it, it will just get worse and you will want to quit.

Is there a manager above him or is he the owner? Go to his supervisor. You could report it to the EEOC under sexual harrasment and they can determine whether you have standing to sue. If that does not work, report it to the department of justice and sue your boss. If you can't do any of these then leave.

I would straight up warn the dude that he is out of line. Make sure you put what has been happening in writing. Do you have any witnesses? Have them make written notations so if the jerk goes to fire you, you can sue the piece of crap and get hime fired and keep you job.

Tell someone you are close to at work. Maybe they can "accidently" walk in on him taking advantage of you that way you will have a witness. Then call the cops!
