yes, but if your a guy, be preparaed to drop your shorts and bend over an cough, the doc will grab your balls at this time

Depends on the Dr. Most hvae you undress only as needed. I've gone to a physical whre I only had to loosen my shirt, but other times he needed to check other parts....Ask the Dr.

i have 3 daughters and the youngest had their sports physical on mon. never have they had to do that. But if your a boy i dont know i wouldnt think so but dont worry its only a doc. not a perv.

Actually you have to pull the under ware down too. Relax, we are all pretty much all the same, and the Dr., male or female, will have seen it so many times, they wont even blush. :)

no, they test you for flexibility. ok here's how it goes, u go in there and when he comes in, he tels you to jump as high as you can, then he hells you to bend over, e will run his finger down your spine and see if you have a curve iin your back, and that's it
