They are the lowest form of "entertainment" ever devised. However, they are an essential part of the process of dumbing down the population, and the fact that so many of the idiots dial in at the cost of only £1 per call is a fitting demonstration of just how successful they are being at this.
It may be "reality", but it just does NOT matter, so why do people bother?
Because the papers tell them that EVERYBODY is raving about it perhaps? RUBBISH.

There just a corporate ploy to make cheap television hence making more money on the advertising revenue. The kind of people who watch them are gullible because someone told them it's hip and cool to watch them so they do(no danger of finding any Einsteins there).Bring back some real programmes like Celebrity squares.................. Only joking :-)

Last reality show I watched was Survivor all-stars with Rudy and Rupert.
I think they are just dumb.

They are cheaper to make than TV shows with actors you have to pay so the networks love them. Yall are right about some of it being scripted.
