is it true that banana peel help to get rid of pimples and make swellings go down?The inside of the peel that is.

no but avocado is great for acned oily skin. mash one up and put in on the face for 10 minutes works great. in salon that i work in we put it into face masks for clients with oily skin its great honest try it

I use the Mary Kay TimeWise 3-in-1 Cleanser and Moisturizer, and the Mary Kay Acne Spot Treatment. Then, twice a week I use the Microdermabrasion Set. It's true but you'll have to sellotape it on as to make it work you have to leave it on for at least a week until it goes brown. It's particularly good for facial acne and blackheads on the nose.
Expect some ridicule if you try it, but the last laugh will be on them when they see the miraculous results when you peel it off.

actually putting any kind of food on your pours will clog the pours more which will not help. if any thing you should try to dry out the pour and free it of grease and dirt. try putting a hot cloth on for a few minuts then a col one to open the pours clean them and close them with the cold.

that's very interesting....i've heard of a lot of natural remedies for this, but i've never heard of this one. of course, bananas are fairly cheap and since they're natural, it wouldn't hurt to try it once.
