I've never recieved a cell or electric bill for two dollars. I've never recieved a bank statement with an extra 200 dollars on it. Margins for error should be plus or minus not just plus in their favor.
(RANT)- Every which way you turn some big company is trying to screw you out of your hard earned money. Who has time to go over every bill with a fine tooth comb. If this isn't bad enough they add some little bulls%it tax or service charge. HELLO I've already PAYED tax on the money I;m paying the bill with. What good is overdraft protection if they still charge you the fee (20$) for some computer to transfer it from my savings. How much of peoples net income go to crap like this?? and what can be done about it??

It is due to the "law of economic mass". The corporation is bigger than you, has more employees than you, more money than you, has more lawyuers and public relations flacks than you, and more influence than you. (some of it used to buy the required politicians, & and some of the financial regulators to stack the deck in their favour. By discriminatory laws, legal decisions, etc.).
Lets face it, the law is enforced to keep us "little people" in line. The rich minority is above those laws and taxes.
Ask Leona Helmsley, who got a gigantic slap on the wrist, and she was one of the few wealthy individuals who acted so egregiously in public that the government had to be seen to be doing something.
Let's face it you'se and me is behind the eight ball. We ain't wealthy.

properly is dependes. sure they are able to sue you for no longer paying the invoice. the probabilities of them doing it are 50/50. that is not very basic of then doing it, so which you will in all probability no longer get sued. i could discover their rules on that in spite of the indisputable fact that so which you be conscious of what you're dealing with, in case they ever do opt to do. in the event that they have not notified you in 9 months then the probability is very good that it shouldn't take place. they could have already achieved it in the event that they have been going to. desire this helps you. i could bypass forward and notifiy them and paintings out a charge plan so there isn't any possibility of you getting into hassle with this. tell them how plenty you will pay a month.

Please don't forget the energy companies, it's a never ending cycle. They know that we need electricity and this month my bill is sky high and the only thing that I can do about it for now is to pay it and then go a couple of rounds with the company only to recieve a really small "credit towards my future bill". I'm pissed with you.

Well, billing errors happen to me sometimes but I think the errors just don't add up everytime because most of the errors come from computer statements and not the people.

I actually got a weird credit on one of my last cell phone bills. It made my bill like $12 or something. They never contacted me about it or charged my account or anything. Just because it has never happened to you doesn't mean that it doesn't happen. ;)
