go to google.com and type the name in the search bar, then hit enter, or click the search button.
it's a search engine. Then a bunch of links will come up and you just read and try to find the person your looking for.

Go into the search box, type the name likes this
:"john smit"
Make sure to use : before the name, there should be no space between the :" and the start of the first name and a " after the last name so it should be :"my name"
the same also works for websites try searching for :yahooka.com, it works for all websites.
