If I were you, I'd start at
http://www.bbc.co.uk/history/war/wwtwo/
This is a collection of articles, by recognised scholars, collected by the BBC covering WW2, its origins, battles, background and personalities.
So far as the concentration camps are concerned, it's important to realise that there were two main types.
Concentration camps - which collected people together for punishment and to exploit their labour; and
Death camps - which collected people to murder them in large groups.
Auschwitz was both a concentration camp (there were huge industrial complexes attached which exploited people's labour and allowed them to die of harsh treament, under-feeding and insanitary living conditions) and a death camp where hundreds of thousands of people never got to the industrial areas - they were just marched off the trains and gassed to death.

You can use a search engine for all of the above, and you can visit your local library (or your school library). A 'must read' for this type of project is the Diary of Anne Frank, the story of a little Jewish girl, whose family attempted to escape the holocaust. There are many, many books on the subject and I applaud you for trying to cover the full scope of World War 2 and the Holocaust.
Just for interest, you can also find old newspapers from the days of WW2 in the archive section of your library,or, if they don't have it, in the archive section at your nearest university. Yes, you can go in and browse through the stacks, and use the viewer to read the microfiche of old newspapers. Take along a notebook, so you can make notes, as you won't be able to take this material home, but you can refer to it. Good luck with your project!

Don't listen to these people who tell you to just look on the internet. Now grant it, it is easy and free, but from previous experience on doing a report on said topic, almost hardly anything is trustworthy. If you do use the internet for this topic, use only sites that have "edu" or "gov" in the address. If they quote a book, look up the book on Amazon or Barnes and Noble online and make sure that it really exists.
What never fails is a library. No matter where you are, there are a billion and a half books on this topic. A good one I personally enjoy is called Parallel Journeys by Eleanor Ayer. It is about a Jewish girl and a German boy and their journey through the war. It is about two real people who actually used to travel America talking about their experience, but just recently the woman died and the man stopped traveling, but I did talk to him on the phone and he was very nice and helpful.
Good Luck and don't be a fool on a common topic like this.

Regarding concentration camps, you should look at Yad Vashem in Israel and the US Holocaust Museum. The Simon Wiesenthal Museum in Los Angeles is a good resource too.
My mother happens to have survived the most infamous camp, Auschwitz. I myself was born in a displaced persons' camp in Germany after the war. My handle, Ujfeherto, is the name of my mother's home town in Hungary.

Firstly, dont come on here and ask us. Half of the twonks on here are either Nazi-sympathisers or rabid-german haters. Read, attend lectures, go to your local museum! There there to be used :)
To the above poster, just get lost mate, you obviously have no idea about the Nazi regime if you assume the east india tea company was worse. Im sure if Hitler had his way, alot of ethnic india would be cremated by now. We really dont need such un-educated comments, do we?

East india Company of Britain was worse than NAZI. Hitler showed the Europians how it feel to be oppressed resulting in freedom of India and other asian and african countries. Hitler was better than others because he did not give excuses for what he had done. He was less oppressive than communist of russia, china and vietnam; imperialist of Britain, france and Holland and capitalist of USA; in fact he was most honest of them. He was great since he created the modern post war world and a democratic consciousness in which we are born.

Read Hitler's book "Mein Kampf" and argue that noone in Germany could pretend not to know what Hitler was about. In the book he spells out exactly what he is going to do.
