Is there any way that i can rid myself of these black facial spots?At the moment this town i am in eint very developed so i cant get any creams.Does aloe vera work?What can i mx it with to make it more effective?Anything else?

you could use lemon and aloe.also use visine on blotchy spots.because it restricts blood vessles it will do the same for your skin as it does for your eyes.
