Seems to me that their parents aren't doing a good enough job of explaining the "birds and the bees." I never had this talk, but I had two older brothers, so I didn't need it.

However, during puberty, teens and preteens need to know this stuff. Yahoo! Yeah there are a lot of teens having sex and you can't stop, and i personally think it's not the parents fault they can teach the kids not to do something and they will do it anyway, you can't control everything you kid does, and it's not any of your buisness if kids are having sex, if they aren't yours it's not your problem.
