I have light brown eyes, my skin color is in between not to dark and not too pale. I'm 5'3. I have long black curly hair. what color would look good on me?

a wonderful bright orange or pink would be wonderful with your black hairs and can go with your skin by giving some color..

These days in fashion, anyone one can get away with anything. But pink or blue might be nice. White would probably really compliment your hair. And black looks good on anyone.

Black makes you look smaller and white makes you look bigger. Stick with brighter colors. I bet red looks really good on you! Happy shopping!:)
