Take Celine Dion outta the photo and they are all awesome. Aretha Franklin is clearly the perfect as a vocalist. I propose, none of those others have the status to do a Presidential Inauguration. Madonna is awesome. She is unquestionably gifted, because contained in the rattling close to 30 years that she has been doing theere were actually thousands if no longer thousands of similar female solo pop artists who've come and lengthy gone. bear in mind Tiffany, Samantha Fox, Debbie Gibson or Kim Wilde? Yeah, a number of y'all likely ought to look those females up because they have dwindled to entire obscurity. BA: Bette Midler is a finished diva. yet she's awesome. i'd also upload Cher, and Barbra Streisand. Cher and Babs are purely large. BA3: plenty, too many to call.

defiantly still Mary J bilge I believe you left her out of the nineties category and Mariya Aaliyah (rip) Ne-yo eve though not in artist form has been around for awhile, Jamie Fox I hope comes out with another album this one was amazing speaking of amazing what happened to R.Kelly you know you have to be Talented to be battling charges of pedophilia and still sell mad records and get crazy spins Usher, Destiny's Child (this is no spacial order ) that whole b2k (spin-offs and duplications) situation {sorry to lump no disrespect} and the gorgeous and talented Chris breezy i know he just cam out but we must expect to see great things from him and of course the women who has most of belting out love as if possessed by some crazy force Keisha Cole and are we just taking r&b singer because the are some rapper that have got the double ooes on lock

Well it would have to be someone who is popular for this entire decade. But I don't think anyone person or group has dominated every year or was popular every year.
