South Beach and Adkins are difficult diets to maintain, but if you want to drop 5 or 10 lbs. in a short period of time, they are your best bet.
Some other ideas:
1. Drink lots and lots of water.
2. Absolutely do NOT eat anything three hours before you go to bed.
3. Stay away from breads and pastas.

Many jobs require people to cover up tattoos. There are specific products for covering a tattoo that would cover the scars easily. A photographer can touch up the photos if that bothers you in the pictures. That is included in most photographer's contracts. Where do you live and when are you getting married? Many people have a strapless wedding gown but get some type of shawl. Some religions do not like bared shoulders so brides get a sheer cape/jacket made. That would cover your scar in the church. If you are having a winter wedding, you might want a fur cape for your pictures. Then it would just be your reception pictures that would show the scar. Tattoo makeup is probably the best if you want to cover it up. It's much thicker than regular concealer makeup. A spray tan would help as tan always shows red less, though it wouldn't be gone. Another suggestion would be to read about Padma on Top Chef. She has that scar that she shows off with pride. She never covers it up and had a successful modeling career with it. You can hold your head high and be proud of your scar.

try weight watchers for a month (or Jenny Craig) it is a safe Diet and if you stick to it you can lose weight fairly quickly ( I lost 16 pounds in one month), also start exercising, it will help tone you and relieve some of the stress from the wedding. Other than that have your seamstress let the sides out, and try the waist cincher. Also drink a lot of water, this will help flush body toxins and clear your skin.

Yes,I do this all the time and it works everytime.What you do is strech as far out possible when you 1rst wake up about 20 to 30 streches and then again in the afternoon and before you go to sleep.you will see results within days make sure
you stech upwards,downwards,backwards,and sideways.it helps better than running or walking one more thing I bought the AB lounge XL wich helps very well.

Well you can do exercises and be on a diet that way youll lose some weight and the dress will fit you perfectly
Good Luck
Btw always buy a dress a size bigger so you dont have this problem

To loose weight quickly i strongly reccomend South Beach Diet the first two weeks you can loose up to 20lbs.In the first week and a half i lost 7lbs.It really makes you feel so great inside as well.

the body corset is a good idea also press ups are very good for back toning ... also reduce your white carbohdrate intake and that will get rid of some of the water retention weight

Quit drinking pop and drink only water. That should help with any bloating you might have.
