well, it's joe maddon mgr. of the devil rays and he wears the number 70 because in 1985, when the angels traded for don sutton, they made him give up his #20 ... and the angels put a jersey with #70 in his locker.
Maddon says. "They gave Sutton 20 and put 70 in my locker. I said then I'd always keep 70 because no one else would want it."
