If people say Dejavou's are a blast from a past life, what if you see a part of your dream again later.

I think deja vu is the feeling that something that's happening now has happened before. I don't think a dream would qualify there.

If you dream and it happens later in real life, I'd say you've had a prophetic dream. That's happened to me.

Wikipedia says something about deja vu and dreams:

Dreams
Some believe déjà vu is the memory of dreams. The reasoning goes like this: though the majority of dreams are never remembered, a dreaming person can display activity in the areas of the brain that process long-term memory. Perhaps a dream can read directly into long-term memory, bypassing short-term memory entirely. In this case, déjà vu might be a memory of a forgotten dream with elements in common with the current "awake" experience. This may be similar to another phenomenon known as deja rêvé, or "already dreamed."

Deja Vu is the sense that you've been somewhere before. Sometimes it can be brought on by things we aren't even aware of consciously, like familiar smells, a lamp in the room like one that someone may have had somewhere else, you name it. I even took an epilepsy medicine once and one recognized side effect was a sense of deja vu. If you're dreaming about things, and you specifically remember the dream, you might be psychic. I never believed in ESP until I met my husband, but he definitely has "the gift," as he calls it. He'll mention a song that's 30 years old, and within a day it will play on the radio. It happens too often to be coincidence.

Precognition that is. Lucky you!

Mind you if my dreams came true life would be very strange....
Married to Johnny Depp
Wearing Burberry would be punishable by death (o come on)
Big Brother producers would be forced to watch their own drivl till they died of boredom
Chocolate and red wine would be diet foods
Assistants on the make up counters in Department stores would be normal skin colour not that waxy 'I have got liver trouble' colour they normally are...

Sorry I will stop now.

supposedly you didn't actually dream it. it only feels like you dreamt it because it has something to do with your brain processing what you are seeing at a slower rate than normal. but, say you remember waking up from this dream 3 nights ago and then whatever you dreamt happened today, then thats a little weird!

deja vu isn't from your dreams, it's a type of movement in your brain. check out the wikipedia link below.

if you see things in your dreams and then they happen, that's probably premonition or maybe something you were expecting.
