How can I keep from getting ingrown hairs? I have tried shaving, nair, and waxing. I have tried soaking in hot water first. Are there any products that will help avoid this?

Never shave, always wax, and exfoliate the area everyday.. Those are the only tips I can give you, and I've never had any ingrown hairs down there. Good luck!!

My hubby gets really bad ingrown hairs on his neck and our dermatologist prescribed a medicine called cutivate and also a special shaving cream. Talk to your Dr. if regular things aren't working for you. Good luck, I know how painful they are.

I have not found anything in the stores that help. It really helps if you just trim the hair really low and dont shave/wax.

If you want to pay for it and aren't embarrassed, you can go to a salon and have it professionally done. I would think, that they don't charge to much, also the results would last a lot longer.

in that area, you always need to do the removal in the direction that the hair grows instead of in the opposite direction.
