Only if your lips are dark brown.

You do NOT match your lipliner to your lipstick. You match your lipliner to your lips. It is for defining the lips and providing a good surface for the lipstick to adhere to. The liner should never, EVER be visible!

Not unless your lipstick is the same shade.

Best way to wear lip liner is in a natural shade that matches your lips, and then put your choice of lipstick on your lips.

its not suggested.. however i know plenty of people who do it or have done it at one point in time.... i would suggest wearing a lip liner that is close to your lipstick or gloss.

depends on the color of your lipstick, if you plan on using a light color lipstick then you better not use dark brown! If I see you do it I'm going to slap you! But...if you're going to wear a lipstick that's almost as dark then sure! go for it!

as long as the lipstick/gloss is in and around the same colour otherwise it looks trashy. i love lip liner it makes your lips look bigger and more pouty

If you blend it in with your lipstick it can be done. Don't just draw a line and leave it...that isn't and never was in style despite the fact that girls were doing it all the time. It looks ridiculous that way.

There is nothing tackier than seeing a woman with dark brwn/black lipliner all around the edges of her lips....it goes with shaving off your brows and penciling them in again....Ghetto stank
