Arguably the United States has six major (inhabited) overseas
territories.
Puerto Rico, Guam, American Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the
Northern
Mariana Islands are commonly mentioned. In fact, Taiwan also
qualifies.
The District of Columbia is not a territory.

Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
One could count the District of Columbia as well as they do not have voting rights in Congress.
(all of these have delegates in Congress, who can not vote)
