Try step 2. if that don't get rid of it. Get the Hijackthis and FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS VERY CAREFULLY... (you may be able to identify the "yAssist Module" by the name when you do the scan. if so just place a check box next to it and remove it). otherwise you can use the automated thing where you put your scan file in the box and it will tell you what you can remove. If that don't work make a login at the site and post the log.. Someone will help you.. (please give it at least 48 hours to respond as we are very busy helping others in the order of there posts).
