Only drink water. Not eating for 3 days isn't going to hurt you. Take your vitamins, but no food.....don't continue to do this after saturday though!

do some serious cardio (45 minutes) everyday (even saturday) and drink LOTS of water! Eat 3 small meals a day (because your body has to function on something!) but make sure you don't go overboard. Just measure out a hand full of what you are eating and let that be it. Also, cut out any sweets and real starchy foods. Don't stress about it too much or you'll wind up eating more!

Eat only fruit for the next few days, and lower your water intake.(do drink but not too much).
The initail raqpid weight loss exeriences in most diets over the first week is due to water loss. Which usually comes back the nest two weeks. So use water loss, for a rapid 4 lb. loss. But it will not last unless ou continue some diet and exrcise regularly for a long period of time. I have lost 33 pound over the last 3 years and it has not come back, nor will I allow it to. One to one and one half lb. weight loss per week is a good way to get it off permanently. But it takes steely resolve.
Stress and aggravation slowly add pounds. Try to loosen up and take life less seriously. (easy to say, but harder to do).

Losing that many pounds by Saturday can be dangerous and a shock to your system. Why not try slimming products like full body girldles, girdle slips, or spanx. It wil give you a slim appearence without putting strain on your body. Spanx is located in Nordstrum and can be ordered through the internet.

wear a two pairs of sweatsuits and just walk around your . neighborhood, for like 45 minutes. do this till saturday, you'll probably lose more weight, the weight you lose doing this is waterweight, it can come go quickly

I will tell you right now- don't go on a crash diet! Exercise- as much as you can but don't continue to not eat, and just exercise because your body will literally crash!!

a liquid diet might make the weight disappear but the moment you start to eat again you will gain it all back

i lost 15 lbs in 1 hour riding my bike 15 miles in 115 degree weather,got heat stroke though and was sick as a dirty fog so i don't recommend it.
