go to tools menu in Internet Explorer
select Internet options
and click on clear History
then delete files and select delete offline files
and apply
u can delete cookies too

Go to your control panel,click on internet options,you will see delete cookies,filesand clear history.Click on all 3 this will also help speed up your computer.

Ctrl+H and than you left click on any particular site you wanna delete, if u want 2 delete them all, you just right click on (for example) "Last Month" and than click "delete". Simple! :D
