In terms of number of titles won, it's probably Jerry Buss. But Mark Cuban is the best owner for putting together the most talented and deepest team.

Cuban?!?!...are you kidding me? He may get the most attention and he may be the most popular, but he's not the best in terms of winning championships. Cuban hurt his team during the finals against the Heat by receiving so much attention and whining so much. The Mavs players and fans soon took his lead and they all started whining and not focusing on just playing good basketball.
Like David Stern said, its really too bad that Cuban had to detract from the great play of the finals by cussing out the media and running on the court to yell at officials. Cuban is the most radical owner in terms of the things he does, but he's no where near the best. Jerry Buss has to be the best. He's won 8 championships with the Lakers, and he did it without trying to buy his way into winning a championship.

Cuban? Please...the guy may be a player's owner, but that hardly makes him the best because he spoils already spoiled players. In fact, he's an friggin embarrassment, no other owner would run on the court and scream expletives at the refs and legal officials.
The best OWNER is the one that brings the titles to the fans...folks, that's Jerry Buss, end of story....

i'm sure that the Dallas Mavericks and they're fans can agree when i say there owner because i mean the guy gave out free airline tickets just for having a soldout games all season long that's a really good owner when u get free perks like that just for coming to a game.

I love Mark Cuban, he's so energetic and has done so well with the Mavericks! He keeps them going at all times!
