Since there are electrical components inside a cell phone, I'd have to say yes. Lightning spreads out when it hits something and if you have any metal on you at all and are close to the place where it hit, the metal would conduct the electrial charge. You could end up seriously burned.

Yes, because the lightning can travel through the phone and you can still be struck even if your indoors. It's the same as if you using a standard house phone.

not unless you are using a hair dryer or have a remote control in the other hand. That increases the little risk of 0.00023% to 0.00046% of being charged by a lightning.

that was just on our local news...just minutes ago. the answer was no it doesn't increase your chances of being struck. a landline that is corded does pose a problem tho
