It depends upon your cell phone model...
for some model you can find the cable that connects your phone to your laptop/desktop.
Some has infrared capabilities and that can transfer your pic to your computer
Some has bluetooth, and thus are recognised by your computer.
Well some wireless services provides emailing your pic. From there also you can get the pics...
But it all depends on what kind of phone do you have and how much money are you willing to pay.

Well youll need to use a mobile-to-pc synchronizing data cable..search the net n find out wad cable ud need..youd also require a driver file which can be downloaded for free.

go and get the appropriate cables to connect it to pc, plus software. the specific depends on the manufacturer and the model of your cell phone.

if your mobile has got a bluetooth option then use an bluetooth adapter on your pc which is not expensive. if it is not there then please use a data cable of your mobile to get connected with your pc.

What type of phone, does it have a memory card? bluetooth? can you text to email? can you cable link?
