Why is that?
The female responses to my questions are always smarter and emotional then mens.
I know its not because girls are the only ones with emotions because I have them to.
So why is it?

Because men don't express the fact that they are emotional, they suck it up, and generally, women are more emotional than men. That is because men are pretty much designed to be protectors, and don't have time to get scared and everything. Some men have more emotions than others, and there are some women who can be less emotional than a very emotional man. And the reason the answers are more intelligent is because, due to emotions, women usually care. no offense to men, but lots of the time, women will research more often than men......and if men can't figure something out, they just give up unless they REALLY need to know it.....some of the time. therefore they don't spend LOTS of their time on yahoo answers...and dont answer many questions. thanks for reading.

A lot of the time, men and women give the same answers. The only difference is that men like short and simple solutions to everything, so the answers they give are, well, short and simple. Women, on the other hand, will probably give you the same answer, but then also give an explanation of the answer, or give an explanation of WHY they gave that answer. We do this because we like to make sure you understand the answer and have a reason to go with it. It's not because men are un-emotional that they give the answers they do. It's just normal differences between men and women. You wouldn't believe how many times my boyfriend has gotten frustrated with me for my long, drawn out, detailed stories or answers. lol. He always tells me to just get to the point. Plus, I think women are more empathetic towards people, whether they know them or not. We tend to want to empathize with the person's feelings or situation and can give emotional support with more comfort than a man can. They're idea of giving comfort is a pat on the back and maybe a "Hey man, it'll be cool." .. and that's about it. lol. Women also think ahead of theirselves and how what's happening or the actions they're making are going to effect future events. We do that to try and make life flow just a little easier and give us less to worry about. A lot of men only think in the "here and now". Sort of like, "Live for the moment" and they figure they'll just deal with the future and what it brings when they get there and not worry about anything. That's why I think we balance each other so easily. It's like night and day. You can't have one without the other. It's the way things were meant to be since the beginning of time. Do you see what I mean now? I think I just explained my entire answer just the way I said women do earlier in my answer. lol. Oh well... what can I say? Us women are strange creatures like that!

I think that many of the men here look at this place as place to hang out and joke around.

It also may have to do with the types of questions you are asking. If your asking why you feel sad that your girlfriend is away for the weekend, most guys will likely want to make jokes rather than help you understand your feelings.

If you want to put a lift kit on your F150 and need help, I am sure you would get lots of helpful answers from the guys - and some jokes about why you don't already know how do it!

Let us help you with all the important stuff! Then have a laugh with the guys. And let them fill you in on how high off the ground your pickup truck should be!

I wish I could be like everyone here and give you an answer that will encompass both genders but I can't.
I know in terms of the answers I give goes with my thought process. I believe in "thought proceeds action". I think alot of the times before I say or act on something. Because I know I have a mind and I'm aware that my thoughts will reflect my feelings and actions. To me, I KNOW that both genders are emotional and nuturing. I've seen it. And I also know that both genders can also go the opposite of that. Some people may say different but I believe that in terms of people's responses, it is due to life experiences. When people choose to say something smart and intelligent, they will. When people choose to say something idiotic and moronic, they will. It's all about choice and these choices will shape people's life experiences.

So what does that tell you about women and relationships? Heh - I think you answered your own question in your follow-up remarks. Look, guys have this annoying thing called "testosterone", which means we've always gotta be trying to be king of the hill, top dawg, the man. In our very early existence, like about the time we came down out of the trees and started walking on two legs, being the big kahuna meant we had a much better chance of getting it on with all the females, and tha we'd have to fight you off in order to keep 'em all to ourselves. That's just the way men evolved. Women, biologically, are simply less necessarily concerned with being number one, and it shows in their attitudes. They don't have to compete in order to be complete, so they can afford to be a bit less aggressive.
Hey, don't complain: who'd ya rather get cozy 'n cuddly with, a guy or a gal?

I don't know. But I like to avoid being emotional in responses to people I don't know. And I like to give answers that best suit the questions in my view, but I don't consider it anything to do with my sex. Besides I have seen a lot of nonsense and non answers from women and a fair amount of coherent responses from men.

i personally think it is due to the "fix-it" mentallity most men posses. for example, the tire goes flat on the car. women get out the owners manual to figure out the proper way to solve the problem. we read instuctions only after we get stuck (or worse, we break something). i am always trying to solve my wifes problems with one fell swoop. most of the time all i need to do is:
1-sit down
2 shut up and LISTEN
3 tell her "that sucks"
4 support her through her own solution

Women are usually not as emotionally inhibited as males. It's the macho thing that keeps you guys from letting your emotions show. Loosen up a little.

Dats gnat tru. Men are berry berry smart. You comprehend me. I am from Piku piku Island. Men here are berry berry smart. Female are just that female. They have more letters than male. Becos F + e +m + a + l + e is great than m + a + l + e. But men are berry berry smart because they have been endowed. WE ARE ENDOWED. Though you may have a little endowment. My endowment is more comprehensive. It spans the galaxy. It is universal like the universe. That is why, we are berry berry smart.
