i've applied dermablend cover cream to many tattoos on customers (im a make up artist) it works amazingly, water-proof, smudge-proof. order online or visit an Ulta store.
coverblend by exuviance is also good, as mentioned above, but its not as thick as dermablend, so you have to apply more of it bc its creamier

Dermablend makeup can be found online (google it) and it covers up dark birth marks or tattoos...I'm not sure how well, but I know it covers up blemishes excellently! Also, wear a pant suit, or if your wearing a skirt get opaque tights to wear which will hide it a lot.

"ColorTration liquid cover makeup and concealer out performs any cover cream
This thin opaque liquid is not a cover cream at all, but it even covers tattoos better than any other product. It is your answer to the problem of tattoo cover.

wear slacks, or if you plan on wearing something that will expose the tattoo, there is a makeup that camouflages birthmarks. The name of it is Coverblend by Exuviance. After you apply it (dab) brush lightly with a sheer powder. Hope you get the job--good luck!!

Pants...or if it is not too big, they might not notice it. I have a tatoo on my hand, and I wear long sleeves and keep my hand under the table as much as possible. No one has ever commented on it before in an interview.
