Any Chandlry (marine supply store) will have charts, at least in their area.
Westmarine is a good national chain. Hope this link works:
http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/producte/10001/-1/10001/150435/0/0/saginaw/All_2/mode+matchallpartial/0/0
Just click "add to shopping cart" to place your order. $19.25
If the link doesn't work, go to www.westmarine.com and search on "Saginaw". The chart popped right up. Once you have it in hand, it will show all bouys, lighthouses, their visible and audible signals, etc.

Charts, Charts. They are called Charts, when speaking nautically. Maps are on land, Charts are for waterways.
Now that I have that rant out of the way, you should try the nearest Coast Guard station. Good luck.

You do not need to baptized in water to be saved, you need only call on His name to receive Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, you do need to be baptized in both water and The Holy Spirit to be a Christian, this is the act of publicly symbolizing your choice to die to self and now live for Christ, this is when you take on His name, you are literally leaving your old self in the water and rising out of the water you are putting on Christ when you are baptized into His Name, there is a difference between being saved and being a follower of Christ, or a Christian. Baptizing disciples in the name of The Father, The Son and of The Holy Spirit after confession of Jesus Christ as Lord is a commandment of Our Lord Jesus. Matthew 28:18-20 (New International Version) 18Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." As far as Obama having a baptizing, it is clear by his works that are not of the Living Faith that his heart does not belong to Jesus, he not living for Christ and is not dead to self. He shows pride, and not humility with his actions. If he were a Christian, he could not have the philosophies or ideals he has, he could never follow the liberal agenda he has displayed his support of. Especially the works he has done in the lack of support for the nation of Israel and the Jewish people. No true follower of Christ could ever be for the Palestinians taking any land from the Jews, they would not have any part in dividing the land that belongs to the Jews. It would not even be an option. They would do everything possible to protect the Jewish people and keep this land in the possession of the people, they would understand The Word of God at work in their hearts, that to do any different than support Israel and protect Israel would be to your own nation's reckoning. Since a person can also be baptized in water and never be saved when they have not sincerely given their heart in surrender to Jesus Christ some have thrown baptism out all together. Baptism for some people is only then an an outward religious act, not a symbol of the inside choice of surrendering to God. Some have concluded that b/c of this occurrence it is not necessary at all for you to be a Christian, but this is not the gospel truth. Better to deciding if a person is a Christian or not is by their fruit. Galatians 5:19-23 (Amplified Bible) 19Now the doings (practices) of the flesh are clear (obvious): they are immorality, impurity, indecency, 20Idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, anger (ill temper), selfishness, divisions (dissensions), party spirit (factions, sects with peculiar opinions, heresies), 21Envy, drunkenness, carousing, and the like. I warn you beforehand, just as I did previously, that those who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 22But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness, 23Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [[a]that can bring a charge]. I do not see Obama spreading peace, joy, patience in people, love, I see him active in dividing the people of the land, spreading divisions and hatred, causing arguments and fighting, and this is why I do not believe Obama is a Christian. I do not need where or if he was baptized, he is clearly not a Christian.
