I know that accidents happen, but this one could have been prevented. So sad that a newlywed mother of three had to die.

i think that they were just porly constructed and the construction company should be held acountable i live neer boston and it is realy screwing every thing up they better get it cleaned up soon!!!!!!!!

I have a thought: sometimes, a horrible accident is just a horrible accident.
Did it ever occur to you that instead of trying to put blame on someone that it was just an accident?
I know, I know...you won't be happy until you can find someone to sue.

safety is one thing, fraud is another. the reason anyone is getting into trouble is because of poor construction...i read that the concrete wasn't properly mixed. obviously, the supplier and its employees should be held accountable.

why accuse blame?!!? does it matter why?
shouldn't you be working on HOW to make sure it doesn't happen again? and glad that not that many people were injured??
and don't you know in politics, no one ever takes the blame, why even try....

they first need to study the engineering, then the actual work, & the material itself. It could be poor design, poor workmanship or inferior materials.
