The left inner lip of my vagina is larger than the right. It also is discolored and sorta bumpy. It is not an STD and has been there since i hit puberty. What is it and what will make it go away?

My left flap is larger than the right one..Im almost certain its normal...now about the discoloration and bumpness, im have no clue....
