Dry climate will dry out the skin and cause it to bleed. Also, some people have sensitive skin inside their nose and will be more prone to nosebleeds. Get a humidifier and that should help.

Usually a hard hit to the nose or if I pick it to hard. Sometimes if I sneeze to hard as well.

Too much nose spray can do it.
