The numbers actually read "30/30-150"...and I'm convinced that they translate to a 30/30 caliber rifle, with a 150 grain round. The lyrics seem to bare that out...a 150 "remembers", once it's fired, it's kind of hard to forget....a 150 "hates", that speaks for itself.
