How do I burn a dvd movie that I down loaded from etomi pro?

I have etomi pro downloads. I can download music and movies. I know how to burn my music on to cd and to my mp3 player. but i can not seem to figure out how to burn my movies that i down load on to a dvd. Help please .

this will tell u how to covert the files eg into dvd or vcd
or if u have nero installed this can covert it for u
