He says that a woman should be the woman and not the man in a relationship. He say's that american women are to power hungry. He also says they don't listen to men becasue they want to be the man in a relationship. He said a woman is at her best when she's asleep, becasue her mouth is closed.

I've told him he's gonna be very lonely for along time thinking this way - the above statement is not my personnal opinion but the veiws of a close friend of mine-

i bet he dont have a girlfriend ..... my opinion to your firends statement .is this ....

men once ruled everything . until they made women to be created equal . you friend needs to understand that women dont want to be the "man" of the realtionship . we just want to be respected by the man and that means we have to put our foot down sometime to the men to make the see that we are human beings and we deserve respect.

Women are power hungry ???? Men have had the power for so long and now that women want their share of it look at how they are freaking out. Men are power hungry. They want to have ALL of it. True men and women are by nature better at certain things but that does not mean its my JOB to provide that to my husband. Married people should be a team working together for a common goal of happiness for both. If that means that he sometimes cooks dinner or changes the diapers and she takes out the garbage then that is what needs to be done. Men want only to be responsible for making money and look at women as their slaves. Its bullsh*t. Your friend sounds like an idiot and any women who winds up with him will never truly be happy.

My perfect chum and that i have been given into this debate purely about a three hundred and sixty 5 days in the past.. her arguing that's no longer achievable.. me arguing that that is... i ended up employing an celebration of a guy chum of mine I had on the time..(i became away, operating so she did not understand him) I informed her about how we ought to bypass for walks, and talk, and snigger ... and there have been no thoughts in any respect between us, as we had suggested it...and we were extremely efficient that we were purely fairly strong friends... moral of the tale?: 3 weeks later we all started going out, and are arising on 10 months quickly.

u are right...ur friend is going to end up being a lonely old man. all women are not like that...maybe he's just come across the wrong women. i personally dont want to have the 'power' in a relationship but i do want to be respected and feel like my opinion matters too.

You're friend sounds like he's a know it all when in fact he doesn't know anything. Not all women are like that.. I fell that most women like myself just want to be respected in a relationship. I personally would rather have a strong man who respects me.

Your friend sounds like a rather insecure man. His need to be the only one with power in a relationship is a recipe for abuse. If he were my friend, I would suggest counseling to get to the root of his anger and need for control.

i've heard it all before....from foreign men and their views of american women......but i will say this.....some of our movies and television shows don't help.....for example SEX IN THE CITY....a popular show.....but if it's your only view of American women....it could make you think we all act like that all the time.....

Peace.
