That could go either way Positive or Negative but the Fact that He/She is Black doesn't help them. Like for instance Kobe Braynt, Half of America though he did it, until we found out she was trying to populate the planet on her panties. What I'm getting at is the perspective, He was guilty until proven innocent every but inside the court. I won't call it racism but it's a stereotype for sure. DO you notice this?

I thought Kobe did it. He is guilty of adultery and the crime of rape isn't much better. But no, it's not a black thing. It's human nature, maybe the media is more so guilty of putting blacks on heavier spotlight to make blacks look bad, but nah, assuming he was guilty had nothing to do with race. I'm black and I think OJ did it. I think Phil Spector and Robert Blake are guilty of the same crimes, but the media spotlighted OJ...see my point?

No, I thought Kobe Bryant was guilty (and still do) but that had nothing in the world to do with his race. I can't speak for anyone else on this issue, though. I, however, always thought OJ was innocent....so race had nothing to do with my opinion.

Especially, most rap/hip-hop songs. The contents of the songs are so sleazy, uncreative, dumb-downed. Young blacks that listen live up to the standard set by the song. Hence, they get into questionable situations.

He did anally rape her, but it was consentual up until that point. I don't think it mattered that he was black. In fact he doesnt look all that black to me.
Look at Marv Albert. It isn't black and white. It is about being an idiot when it matters most.
