Turn off the main circuit breaker which is the largest on, sometimes it is on the bottom, sometimes it is on the top, it might be labeled with 100 or 200. This of course will put you in the dark, so do it during the day.
Then follow lugwrench3 instructions.

Slim Whitman: white wires do not go in the circuit breakers.
Also, check your grammer, it looks like you tried to re-write it and half way through you thought you were done.

Best practice if you've not done it before would be to contact an electrician.. Better safe and out $100 then dead and cheap.

Make a note of the wire locations on the existing breaker. Have some way to illuminate the panel so you can see after you--- Turn off the main panel!!

Turn off the power to the main before touching any wires. make sure of your service panel brand and size of breaker, get a new one of the model at your local supply house, and red to where red was, black to where black was and white to where white was.
make sure all connections are tight place the breaker (and off) in the bus and turn on the main... Then turn on the breaker and check the circuit.

In my humble opinion panel electricity is not something amateurs should muck with.. Leave it to a pro. You'll rest easier.
