Lie on your back, lift your knees to a 90 degree angle, lift your head with your hands clapsed behind your head. Pull your leg in to opposite elbow, twist and remember to breath. Do about 3 sets of 12 a day, it should help.

Or if you have an excercise ball, lean it down the center of your back, legs at a 90 degree angle. Cross your hand over your chest and move up to do a crunch except twist your waist to one side and twist to the other and then back down on the ball. Do three sets of 12 a day.

WELL IF YOU DO SIT UPS KEEP THAT UP BUT DO MORE AND YOU CAN ALSO LAY ON YOUR BACK AND KEEP YOUR FEET STRAIGHT THEN LIFT YOUR LEGS OFF THE GROUND ABOUT SIX INCHES THAT IS THE BEST WAY YOU CAN ALSO IN THE SAME POSITION OPEN AND CLOSE YOUR LEGS BUT DON'T LET THEM HIT THE GROUND AND YOU CAD LAY ON YOUR BACK AND RIDE THE BIKE ALSO TRY LAYING YOUR LEGS TO ONE SIDE AND DOING SOME CRUNCHES THOSE SHOULD ALL WORK IF YOU DO THEM RIGHT AND EVERY TIME YOU WORK OUT

Get on a low carb diet. I eliminated potato, rice, pasta, bread or anything that has flour in it from my diet and I lost 20 pounds within a short period of time.
